The National Transport Workers’ Union (NTWU) organised a visit for NTUC Deputy Secretary-General Chan Chun Seng and Senior Minister of State for Transport and Finance Mrs Josephine Teo to the Hougang Depot, Sengkang Depot and Tanah Merah MRT Station.
A union member could be struck by a sudden crisis - death of sole breadwinner, critical illness of a family member – and in need of financial assistance.
